What is Healthy Living with Friends?

Held in collaboration with Mayssa Assaf Academy and Litt Coaching, Healthy Living with Friends is a motivational program that helps participants unlock a healthier life in just 8 weeks. The program begins on January 15th, 2024 and ends on March 10th, 2024.

What does the Healthy Living with Friends program comprise?

• Group sessions moderated by Dr. Nada Salhab
• One-on-one sessions, joining Dr. Nada with every participant (Personalized Assessment, Diet Plan and Follow-Up Sessions)
• 16 sessions with certified personal trainer Jason Grima
• 3 sessions with certified well-being coach Sandy Bassil from Litt Coaching (1 individual session and 2 group sessions)
• 2 styling sessions by Mayssa Assaf Academy (1 group session with styling guru Mayssa Assaf and 1 individual styling assessment and personal shopping session with Mayssa Assaf Academy graduates)
• Ongoing support, recipes tips and advice through WhatsApp Group
